I went to 4 different stores to get this spice. I used it in jambalaya and was severely underwhelmed.

I spent a lot of the money gathering supplies for the recipes in Veganomicon. I actually made a few of them (which I'll cover in a later post) and I was not as impressed as I was hoping to be. But I have time to tweak them.

As far as the job front, I'm hopeful. I applied to quite a few places last week and what makes me hopeful is that they are actually hiring. yay! Wish me luck!
